Euro Plus is growing, and we’re looking for a highly skilled European Automotive Technician who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a high-performing team.
We specialize in BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Porsche, and other European brands. If you're looking for a clean, organized shop with strong leadership and serious earning potential — this is your opportunity.
Compensation:
$50–$65 per hour based on experience, certifications, and diagnostic ability.
Top-level European diagnostic technicians will be paid at the top of range.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair European vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, performance)
- Complete repairs with precision and pride
- Work closely with service advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Contribute to a positive, team-first shop culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience working on European vehicles
- Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts replacement)
- Experience with factory-level scan tools preferred
- ASE certifications a plus
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Desire to grow professionally and technically
